We accept CASH, CASHIERS CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS, CREDIT CARDS (Visa/MC/ Discover/ AM-EX) as form of payment. All Internet Purchases, Credit Card or Delayed Payment is subject to 3% Fee. Personal and Business Checks are accepted ONLY when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee or with a longstanding relationship with Auction company.

Auction Item Removal
PLEASE NOTE - ONE DAY ONLY FOR REMOVAL 8am - 6pm 2/1/2015
Buyers are responsible for all items removal - NO SHIPPING is available from the auction company. All Items must be removed by 6PM on Feb. 1st 2015. Anything left beyond that date will be deemed abandoned and removed at buyers expense. Any item that is attached to the building, or hard wired electrically must be professionally removed with minimal damage to the building and the utmost concern for safety. Any damage deemed excessive will be repaired to auctioneers specifications at the buyers expense. Please bid accordingly.
