Inspection
| Onsite Item Preview and Inspection will be available from 10AM-5PM Monday Aug. 8th and Tuesday Aug. 9th at the Farm. Preview and inspection outside of those dates and times is available but by appointment only. |

A Standard 10% Buyers Premium Applies to all Purchases. Full Payment must be made no later than 48 hours of the close of auction. We accept CASH, CASHIERS CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS, CREDIT CARDS (Visa/MC/ Discover/ AM-EX) as form of payment. All Internet Purchases, Credit Card or Delayed Payment is subject to 3% Fee. Personal and Business Checks are accepted ONLY when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee or with a longstanding relationship with Auction company.

Auction Item Removal

TWO DAYS ONLY for Item Removal. 10AM-5PM starting on Thursday Aug. 11th and ending on Friday Aug. 12th. NO WEEKEND REMOVAL!! Buyers are responsible for all items removal - SOME LIGHT SHIPPING is available from the auction company at our cost. Please inquire prior to bidding. All Items must be removed by 5PM on Aug. 12th 2016. Anything left beyond that date without prior arrangements made with the auction company will be deemed abandoned and removed at buyers expense. Please bid accordingly
