Inspection
PREVIEW:
Pre-auction registration and preview will be available from 10AM until 5PM for 2 days prior to the auction (May 17,18) and from 7:00 am to auction time on day of sale(May 19).
PAYMENT
A Standard 10% Buyers Premium Applies to all Purchases. Full Payment must be made the day of the auction. We accept CASH, CASHIERS CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS, CREDIT CARDS (VISA/MC/DISCOVER/AMEX) as acceptable forms of payment. Personal and Business Checks are accepted but ONLY when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee.
REMOVAL
Removal will be available until close of business (6:00PM) day of Sale, May 19th and from 8am-5pm Sunday and Monday May 20-21st. After that point by appointment only. All items must be removed from the yard by 5PM May 30th - Any items left beyond that point are subject to storage fees and removal costs.
