10% Standard Buyers Premium Applies to all Purchases. Full Payment must be made no later than the close of business on auction day. We accept CASH, CASHIERS CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS, CREDIT CARDS (Visa/MC/ Discover/ AM-EX) as form of payment. All Internet Purchases, Credit Card or Delayed Payment is subject to 3% Fee. Personal and Business Checks are accepted ONLY when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee or with a longstanding relationship with Auction company.

Auction Item Removal
|
Buyers are responsible for all items removal - NO SHIPPING is available from the auction company. All Items must be removed by 5PM on Dec 6th and preferably by close of business on Dec. 5th. Some larger items may require additional removal time and this can be allowed by appointment only until Dec 10th. Anything left beyond that date will be deemed abandoned and removed at buyers expense. Any item that is attached to the building, or hard wired electrically must be professionally removed with minimal damage to the building and the utmost concern for safety. Any damage deemed excessive will be at the buyers expense. Please bid accordingly.
