| Onsite Item Preview and Inspection will be available from 10AM-5PM Monday January 9th and Tuesday January 10th at the auction site. Preview and inspection outside of those dates and times is available but by appointment only. |

From I-5 in Tualatin, Take Exit 289 for SW Nyberg/Tualatin Newburg Hwy. (Cabelas Exit)
Travel West approximately 1.5 miles on Tualatin/Newburg Hwy.
Turn Left on SW Boones Ferry Rd. travel Approximately 0.5 miles to Martinazzi Ave.
Turn Left on Martinazzi Ave and turn into the first entrance to the parking lot on the left.
Auction is located in the NW corner of that parking lot.

A Standard 10% Buyers Premium Applies to all Purchases. Full Payment must be made no later than 48 hours of the close of auction. We accept CASH, CASHIERS CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS, CREDIT CARDS (Visa/MC/ Discover/ AM-EX) as form of payment. All Internet Purchases, Credit Card or Delayed Payment is subject to 3% Fee. Personal and Business Checks are accepted ONLY when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee or with a longstanding relationship with Auction company.

Auction Item Removal
|
Item Removal is available for 2 DAYS ONLY following the auction. Beginning on Thursday January 12th 8AM - 5PM and finishing on Friday January 13th from 8AM-5PM. Load out is available by APPOINTMENT ONLY on Saturday and Sunday January 14th and 15th - NO LOAD OUT BEYOND 5PM on Sunday January 15th PERIOD!! Demolition Crews Arrive to take the building down to the studs on Monday Morning Jan 16th. Buyers are responsible all items removal.
