Inspection
| Onsite Item Preview and Inspection will be available from 1PM - 5PM on Sunday July 8th and from 10AM-5PM Monday and Tuesday July 9th and 10th at the auction site. Preview and inspection outside of those dates and times is available but by appointment only. |

From Interstate 84 take exit 304 (main Baker City Exit)
head towards Sumpter on Sumpter Stage Hwy. (Hwy. 7) approximately 26 miles. At the junction of Hwy. 7 and 220 (Sumpter Valley Hwy.) Continue Straight on Hwy. 7 approximately 0.5 miles. Auction Site is on your right just past the Railroad Crossing. |

A Standard 10% Buyers Premium Applies to all Purchases. Full Payment must be made no later than 48 hours of the close of auction. We accept CASH, CASHIERS CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS, CREDIT CARDS (Visa/MC/ Discover/ AM-EX) as form of payment. All Internet Purchases, Credit Card or Delayed Payment is subject to 3% Fee. Personal and Business Checks are accepted ONLY when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee or with a longstanding relationship with Auction company.

Auction Item Removal
|
Small Item Removal is available onsite for 2 DAYS ONLY beginning on Thursday july 12th 10AM-5PM and ending on Friday July 13th 10AM-5PM. Large Item Loadout beyond the first 2 days will be by Appointment Only for a Period of 20 days. Loadout will be on a first come first serve basis, please call in advance if you'd like to make an appointment. Please be patient with our staff as we will get you loaded as soon as possible. Buyers are responsible for all items removal. All Items must be removed by 5PM on July 31st 2018 unless otherwise previously arranged.
