Payment Methods

A Standard 10% Buyers Premium Applies to all Purchases. Full Payment must be made no later than 48 hours of the close of auction. We accept CASH, CASHIERS CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS, CREDIT CARDS (Visa/MC/ Discover/ AM-EX) as form of payment. All Internet Purchases, Credit Card or Delayed Payment is subject to 3% Fee. Personal and Business Checks are accepted ONLY when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee or with a longstanding relationship with Auction company.

Auction Item Removal
Small or Loose Item Removal is available for 1 week BY APPOINTMENT ONLY following the auction beginning on Thursday April 13th 10AM-5PM and ending on Wednesday April 19th. 10AM-5PM each day.
NO WEEKEND or HOLIDAY REMOVAL PLEASE.
Large Item or In Place Removal is available onsite for 2 WEEKS ONLY - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY beginning on Monday April 17th 10AM-5PM and ending on Friday April 28th 10AM-5PM. NO WEEKEND or HOLIDAY REMOVAL PLEASE.
Please Note: Everything MUST BE Professionally Removed to Auction Company and Property Owners Standards.
Standard Shipping is available on some small lots. If it will fit in an average sized box and weighs less than 100lbs than we can likely ship it to you. If the item is larger or oversized and/or heavy shipping will be more difficult and expensive. Please bid accordingly, If you're not sure please call auctioneer prior to bidding to confirm shipping is available for your items.
Load out appointments will be on a first come first serve basis. Shipping on select items is available, please call auctioneer prior to the auction to discuss having your items shipped. Please be patient with our staff as we will get you loaded as soon as possible. Buyers are responsible for all items removal. All Items must be removed by 5PM on Friday April 28th or they will be deemed abandoned and removed at buyers expense.
