Payment Methods

A Standard 10% Buyers Premium Applies to all Purchases. Full Payment must be made no later than 48 hours of the close of auction. We accept CASH, CASHIERS CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS, CREDIT CARDS (Visa/MC/ Discover/ AM-EX) as form of payment. All Internet Purchases, Credit Card or Delayed Payment is subject to 3% Fee. Personal and Business Checks are accepted ONLY when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee or with a longstanding relationship with Auction company.

Auction Item Removal
Item Removal is available for 1 week BY APPOINTMENT ONLY following the auction beginning on Thursday June 22nd 10AM-5PM and ending on Wednesday June 28th. 10AM-5PM each day.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY SMALL LOOSE ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING - Any in place or large, heavy items must be picked up on site. . If it will fit in an average sized 36in x 24in box or smaller and weighs less than 100lbs than we can likely ship it to you. If the item is larger or oversized and/or heavy shipping will be more difficult and expensive and may not be available. Please contact the auctioneer at 541-913-7455 prior to the auctions close to confirm the shipping availablility prior to bidding so you can bid accordingly.
Please Note: All Items MUST be removed by June 28th - Some items are currently in place and may be hooked to plumbing or electrical and MUST BE Professionally Removed to Auction Company and Property Owners Standards.
Load out appointments will be on a first come first serve basis. Shipping on select items is available, please call auctioneer prior to the auction to discuss having your items shipped. Please be patient with our staff as we will get you loaded as soon as possible. Buyers are responsible for all items removal. All Items must be removed by 5PM on Weds June 28th or they will be deemed abandoned and removed at buyers expense.
